With over two decades of experience in telecommunications, Chelle has developed deep expertise in tower construction, site acquisition, leasing, and project management. Throughout her career, she has been actively involved in building and maintaining infrastructure, securing agreements, and helping drive network expansion and industry growth. Now, as a Project Manager at the Grinnell Group, she focuses on site acquisition for regional wireless carriers, working closely with partners to support network expansion and ensure projects run smoothly.

Chelle has served as Treasurer for the Nebraska-Iowa Wireless Association for thirteen years, contributing to industry collaboration and advocacy. Her dedication to the field has been the driving force behind her success, and she continues to bring her expertise to every challenge.
