Tom began his wireless career at Sprint by managing the construction of a small cluster of cell tower sites in the Kansas City area. It was a validation test network for devices using CDMA technology, which was just emerging. Upon completion of the test cluster, Tom began managing a key vendor, Nortel, who was testing and validating new hardware and software prior to nationwide rollout.

With Tom’s graduate degrees in engineering and finance, coupled with his testing experience, he was invited to join the Nortel Sales team as a Sales Engineer. Since that initial Sales Engineer role, Tom has held a variety of sales and sales leadership positions for various-sized companies within the communications industry, selling hardware, software, and engineering services.

Tom now works as a manufacturing representative at Precision Marketing, Inc. with a client list of more than 10 different manufacturing companies, selling to Tier 1 telecom companies as well as their design and construction partners.
